Access Bars®️ Sessions

$105 for 60 minutes — Access Bars®️ — This in-person session will leave you feeling like you just got the best massage or it could change your whole life! Available in nature or at a wellness studio. Schedule Here »

$145 for 90 minutes — This in-person session is similar to the 60 minute session.  The additional time allows us to focus even more on a particular area in your life that is currently challenging or distracting you from creating all you be! Schedule Here »

Access Bars®️ Classes

$350 for full day certification — You will practice Bars and receive Bars two times each in this one day class.  It is possible to hold class over 2 half days, back to back. By the end of the class you will be a certified Bars Practitioner and able to provide Bars sessions to others! Contact me here »
