  • Your past stops dictating your future. Instead of functioning from autopilot, you can be present and function from choice and awareness.

  • You don't have to "do" anything, just relax and receive!

Access Bars®️ Sessions

Individual Sessions $150 — Access Bars®️ — This in-person session will introduce you to a whole new way of self-care and creation. You will leave feeling like you just got the best massage ever, or it could change your whole life! Sessions are one hour. Schedule Here »

Package Sessions starting at $125 each — Access Bars®️ — These in-person sessions will pick up where your last session left off, incorporating your expanded awareness and experiences since then. Schedule Here »

Access Bars®️ Classes

$350 for full day certification — You will practice Bars and receive Bars two times each in this one day class.  It is possible to hold class over 2 half days, back to back. By the end of the class you will be a certified Bars Practitioner and able to provide Bars sessions to others! Contact me here »
